THE CHALLENGE
As craft beer became more and more relevant in the market, Sunoco tapped us to develop a destination concept where beer enthusiasts could discover local breweries and cider houses in a non-traditional cooler sales platform. With sales in C-Stores level and the success of renewed coffee offerings in a similar vain, we set out to create a scalable in-store experience that drove growth, engagement and Sunoco’s C-Store market share of craft beer.

THE SOLUTION
We developed an in-store experience/ destination that was as hand crafted as the beers it promoted and sold in a Growler
program unique to the A-Plus Stores. Each element forged from raw materials, sketches and hand screened Growlers that defined the offer and created a connection with our core consumers. Exceeding the goal of revenue growth with new in-store touch points, the program which started with a 10 store test market, has grown to 65 stores and is a key driver for the A-Plus store model.
